Data we collect
We collect only the information needed to answer your request: name, email, phone number, city and project details such as scope, budget, timing and message. For job applications, we may also collect professional background provided through the form. We never request sensitive personal data.
Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to process quotation requests or applications, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, send marketing information when you have consented, and improve our services. We do not sell or provide personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Commercial enquiry data is retained for three years after the last contact, unsuccessful application data for 12 months, and newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 on personal data protection, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@ndwi-dz.com and describe your request.
Cookies
Necessary cookies (language, product selection, form security, remembering your choices) are always on. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other networks) are only switched on with your consent, category by category, through Google Tag Manager. With “Advertising” consent, a request or an order may also be reported by our servers to these networks, with your email and phone encrypted (SHA-256 fingerprint, never in plain text), to avoid double counting and measure our ads; your IP address and browser are deleted from our servers after 7 days. The number of views of each product page is counted without cookies or identifiers. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, encrypted database services, restricted access and regular audits. No system can guarantee absolute security.
